For the inspection and sorting of mass-produced parts, a fully automated sorting machine using a "parts feeder," which generally utilizes vibration to align the inspection targets and supply them, is commonly used. However, since parts can come into contact with each other during the alignment process of the parts feeder, resulting in scratches, visual inspection has become standard for delicate components.
